As the name suggests, it was delicious. It was a sake that allowed us to enjoy the flavor of the rice. It was served with rice balls made from Niigata rice.
Then Abe Kan.
I got "Abe Kan" in my predictive conversion.
It has a moderate sharpness, umami, and sweetness. This is another well-balanced sake that I would like to drink again.
It is a private brand of a liquor store in Shimanto, Kochi Prefecture. We had it in Osaka. It has a robust and gorgeous impression. It is banana-like. The alcohol content is 18°C. I was able to fully enjoy it.
I had a bottle of Nama Hashiroshi Junmai Yuho, hot sake. Gentle rice flavor. Tamakae is delicious. We had it with oden (Japanese soup stock) and were blissfully happy.
This sake has a faint scent of wine. We could have chosen a wine glass, but we had it poured into a sake glass as usual. The impression was that it was clean but firm.
