This bottle was recommended by the staff of Marumi, a famous restaurant in Sapporo. The punch from the middle distillation, which concentrates the flavor of the sake, is good ❤.
Purchased at Naganuma Roadside Station in Naganuma Town, a special zone for doburoku. I had an image of makgeolli, so I felt a little betrayed that it was not sweet at all (laugh). Next time I will try the sweet version.
A four-pack bottle costs 1,800 yen. Purchased at the Hokkaido Department Store at New Chitose Airport.
Standard sake with no special characteristics. Two *.
I bought this sake because it is from Hiroshima and they are planning to open a brewery in Chitose City in the near future. It is a sour type with a strong umami flavor. It is priced at about 4,000 yen at Yutaka in Joyful.
I bought it because I was attracted by the label. It is a refreshing sake without any habits and can be used as a food sake.
For me, I would like a little more punch from the richness of the rice.
Purchased at Sakuramoto Shoten in Sapporo.
I saw the owner's recommended neck pop and bought it (I'm weak at this kind of thing...lol). It is slightly sweet, fruity, and easy to drink, and I think it is the type of sake that is favored by sake beginners.
It was purchased at Marumi in Sapporo for about 3800 yen.
