The aroma was not strong, but the sake was full-bodied and quite strong, although this may have been due to the fact that it was near the end of a bottle.
The acidity is not strong, and it seems to be able to be drunk slowly and indefinitely.
The aroma is not normally associated with Shizuoka sake drinkers. In other words, it has a gorgeous aroma of ethyl caproate.
It is still delicious.
After all, I am a sake lover, so everything tastes good in the end....
As the description says, this sake has no excessive aroma or habit.
It has just the right amount of richness, and it certainly goes with everything and seems to complement each other.
However, I was a little embarrassed when I ordered it.
