At my usual sake store, I was introduced to this sake, which had won first place in a sake competition, and bought it immediately.
As one would expect from a first place winner, it is a delicious sake with a strong depth and umami flavor. At the time of purchase, it was the beginning of summer and I was looking for a refreshing sake, so this was a little different from what I was looking for, but it was delicious.
I like Ame-go-no-Tsuki.

This sake was recommended to me last year by the owner of my usual sake store. It is a refreshing sake like rumney, and he said he fell in love with sake after drinking this one. He said it was the best sake he had ever tasted.
I bought it with a full stomach. I thought, "I know what you mean, a slightly sparkling sake that is like a Ramune," but personally, I thought I would prefer a sake that has more of a Sake taste. My wife said she could drink it.
