I was so drunk that my taste buds were questionable, but it was not too spicy and not too sweet. It was the easiest to drink among the drinks I had today.
My first Senkou. A fruity feeling comes afterwards. I think there is a bit of fruity at the first sip, but I haven't experienced much fruity afterwards, so it's fresh. But it's not too sweet. It was delicious.
It is my personal representative of sake that is easy to drink. Fruity sake is good, but I think it's important to have this sake character," I write with a foolish tongue. It is easy to drink.
Yonezawa souvenir No.1, which is limited to the liquor store where I bought it. I don't know if it's related, but I love the color of this bottle.
It's easy to drink, and then it has a delicious flavor, followed by a dry taste. It's delicious. It's versatile and goes well with or without food. It's the kind of sake that you can drink all the time without getting bored!
Sake again after returning to Kyushu. This is Sumiyama, which we bought in Saga before. It's a sake made by Koimari, just like my favorite "Mae". It's fruity and very easy to drink. I still love Koimari.
The taste is hard to describe for a beginner. It's sweet but also sour... but I personally think it's more sweet... not sure! LOL!
I think it's good to finish it.
First drink of the day in Sendai. It's Hanamura, which was recommended to me yesterday in Fukushima. I think it was nama-shu yesterday (I didn't drink it), but I drank it after it was heated. The reason why I didn't drink it yesterday is because I was at my limit after two glasses (lol).
At first I thought it was quite spicy, but soon I was swallowed by a wave of fruity flavor... Tohoku is the best.
The second drink of the day. It seems to be the same brewery as Tobiroki. I'm learning a lot.
It has a slight fruity taste, and then the spiciness comes in slowly. I went to get a change of taste from Hirotogawa, but it was good. Aizu is nice.
The first drink in Fukushima. Choose by feeling. ...Easy to drink! It goes in easily, but it's not watery at all. You can drink it without getting tired of it, and you can even have a meal with it.
I borrowed it at an izakaya in Yamagata. It's a little dry, but after a sip, you can feel the richness or umami. It is an excellent sake for eating. It goes well with seafood dishes, this time tempura of milt and grilled fish!
