Senkosei Orikigarami Nama-nihanzake Daiginjo It was a gift and the label is peeling off... Not so oriented "oriented". It's just like water. Can you drink it so easily? But it goes well with sesame mackerel. Fresh, but not too spicy, not too sweet. I did some research and found out that it is a collaboration with a wholesaler.

Denshin Ine Junmai-shu There are many dry sake from Fukui in this store, but this was my favorite type of umami-guchi sake. Junmai sake? I think so! I'd like to try some of their other sakes.

Kido Summer Gale Junmai Ginjo Daisuki Kid I never miss it, so I definitely drink it. The summery light blue foil is cute! At first, it's crisp and dry, but it has a gentle sweetness that makes you feel at ease.

Aizu Otokoyama Wa Junmai-shu Lightly cloudy with just the right amount of sweetness. But it is not cloying, and has a pleasant taste. You can drink it for a while without getting tired of it.

Ryuriki Rice Whispering Daiginjo It was given to me by a customer of my favorite restaurant! My favorite type of sake! The balance of sweetness and spiciness of the rice. I wonder if the freshness is the spiciness that escapes through the nose.

Suminoe Limited Edition Daiginjo I regret drinking this sake when I was tongue-tied. I happened to get it from another customer at the bar and was very impressed with its taste! I want to drink it again!

Senkori Sakurafubuki Unfiltered Nama Sake The cloudy color looks like petals of cherry blossoms. It seems sweet, but the aftertaste is refreshing. I drank it at a yakitori restaurant.

Hokusetsu Daiginjo YK35 Delicious, delicious, delicious! I love the regular Hokusetsu, but this is a sake that drinks like water, This is a sake you can drink like water! The bottle is round but the bottom is square and cute!

Eikofuji Unfiltered Nama Shu Unrefined Unrefined Unrefined Sake, Ogirami-garaumi Zoka was so good that I tried another ogara-mi. I tried another ogara-mi, Zouga was delicious! I prefer Eiko Fuji without ogara-mi.
