It was clean and light for my image of kijoshu😙 and quite effervescent! Surprisingly little woody aroma 🤔.
However, the recommended pairing with yakitori was indeed perfect, and the light alcohol content of 12 degrees helped me enjoy it with gubigubi 😋.
