This sake was recommended to me at a liquor store in Kumamoto.
It is refreshing, and in a good way, it seems to have eliminated the glamour of today's sake. You can drink it without hesitation.

Takacho's Bodhi yeast two years ago had the best balance, but this one is more acidic.
Purchased from Kawakami Sake Shop in Kumamoto.
Refreshing summer sake. The kuyo (nine days) is said to be the family crest of the Hosokawa family, lords of the Kumamoto domain.
