This sake was recommended to me at a liquor store in Kumamoto. It is refreshing, and in a good way, it seems to have eliminated the glamour of today's sake. You can drink it without hesitation.

Kaze no Mori is made with Bodai yeast, the oldest yeast in Japan. Takacho's Bodhi yeast two years ago had the best balance, but this one is more acidic.

It was for Tsubame City's hometown tax return gift and is apparently available for purchase locally. The sake was clear and had a barrel-like flavor.
