Mellow and mild on the palate.
It has a refreshing sweetness, but with a clean aftertaste.
The aroma is also good. I also liked Wago, which I drank before.
I think I like Yamamoto in general. I don't remember strawberry. Raw freshness at its best!
Before I forget!
The mouthfeel is soft and mellow, with the goodness of a raw sake, but the aftertaste is tangy and tight.
It's also a bit sour. Some people may not like the alcohol taste in the nose, but for me, it's delicious!

Fresh ripe! And what! I thought it was a good idea to compare the two.
It's a raw sake that's been laid down without being heated...
Delicious 🥺 flavor is disappointing (I got it).
I wonder if I like the unpasteurized ones better?
I'd drink it again if I could find it!
In the middle!
It's a Yamahai, but it doesn't have too many habits and it's very refreshing.
I like dry sake, but this one is -7, which is unusual for me. I want to do something about the fact that I can't tell when I'm getting drunk....
It tasted similar to Omine, but this one had more of a swooshiness to it, and the sweetness was slightly deeper, making it more drinkable! Stylish sake that tastes great in a wine glass!
Do you like Junmai Ginjo, or do I?
Memo for myself quoted on the internet
➡️ Junmai Daiginjo sake is made from rice with a milling ratio of 50% or less. In contrast, the rice used for Junmai Ginjo sake is polished to 60% or less.
Hmmm.
I'm going to buy a book to learn more about it📖
The wine yeast is fruity and refreshing!
The impression is that there are not too many people who do not like the sake.
It was recommended to me by a figure lover...
I might be a raw lover after all! It had just the right amount of mouthfeel and sweetness without being overpowering. I'd like to try it in a different form!
Light and refreshing! Easy to drink.
The one I bought with it was also fresh and refreshing, but this one is free of miscellaneous flavors from start to finish. Some people may find it a bit lacking, but if you're going to drink it on a daily basis, this may be the way to go.
I drank this at camp. It was sweet and refreshing!
It was mellow and good on the palate. I think I might like raw sake. The tangy ones are good, but the gentle and mild ones are the ones I'd like to drink again when I'm a little less drunk. Here are some quotes
✁┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈┈
The rich aroma of green apples spreads gently. The mouthfeel is refreshing and easy to drink as if the drink is going down your throat. A soft sweetness lingers in the aftertaste. Serve at room temperature or lightly chilled.
Right side Quote below
It has an aroma like Japanese pear or pineapple, which is more relaxed than the same series' nama-gara-shu "check Gin". It is a dry junmai-shu with a thick taste and a punchy finish, making it a perfect accompaniment to strongly seasoned dishes.
The rice polishing ratio is low at 80%, but there is no miscellaneous taste or smell of bran. By pressing the rice slowly and softly, it expresses a sense of clarity that makes you not feel the low rice polishing at all.
After all this time, it's milled 80 rice! I didn't get it at all.
Taste deaf? ...lol I liked the taste, but it was a disappointing pattern (there it is!) I'll put it in as a guy I want to drink again.
It's dry, but it's got a gorgeous flavor that just slips right through! The kind that looks great at room temperature. Personally (and it's always a personal opinion), I like it very much because it's not too refreshing for a big dry.
This is the third "raw" version of the "my STORY - Hitotsume-" 2020 project, a sake from Hokkaido with a visible face.
This limited-edition sake is brewed by Tomoko Ichizawa, the female master brewer at Sapporo's only sake brewery, Nihon Seishu, using "Ginpu", Hokkaido's best rice for sake brewing, produced by Takayuki Arai of the Shin Totsukawa Pinne Nouryou Kyoukai.
I've quoted it to leave as an ↑note.
It has a refreshing sweetness. You can drink it easily.
It is not too sweet and has a refreshing aftertaste. You can also feel the dry mouthfeel, which is good.
It's origarami, so it's Yamahai, but the sweetness and acidity are well-balanced and I love it so much! It's my favorite sake of late!
I would have preferred it at room temperature, but I was disappointed when they told me it could only be served cold, but I'm glad it was cold. The aftertaste doesn't leave any residue on the palate either 🥳✨.
Hakuho
I was attracted by the package which looks refreshing even though it is Yamahai.
It has the sourness and sweetness of an apple! (Even a layman can tell)
It's certainly great numerically, but it's cold and refreshing, but with a robust flavor! Strange!
I think even people who don't like Yamahai can drink it!
The guy at the store told me that the flavor comes out better when it's cold, and I thought that was true!
I'm curious to see how it tastes after it's been open for a while...
This was one I'd drink again!
A well-balanced sake with sweetness, sourness, and a sense of rice.
If you have any doubts, buy this and you won't make a mistake and you won't hate it. It will go well with any kind of rice.
A friend of mine was drinking it and gave it to me...
It's so good. It's so good.
I searched for it, and the price is so much better! Wow! It's expensive! (Vocabulary)
It's sweet, refreshing, and gentle on the palate.
I want to drink it again!
I'm always so drunk.
I can't remember what it tastes like. I wonder how people remember the taste and describe it...
I guess I have to drink it right there and write it down.
But as a record...
