It's origarami, so it's Yamahai, but the sweetness and acidity are well-balanced and I love it so much! It's my favorite sake of late!
I would have preferred it at room temperature, but I was disappointed when they told me it could only be served cold, but I'm glad it was cold. The aftertaste doesn't leave any residue on the palate either 🥳✨.
