It's dry, but umami? Umami? I can feel it. A powerful impression! I think I would have liked it more if it was heated! I think a lot of restaurants don't allow you to choose the temperature, but I wonder if they do if you ask ( ˃ ˂ )

ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ Wine!!! ... Refreshing~! Sweet~! It has a mouthfeel like a dessert wine but it's very light and easy to drink. It would go well with desserts. I love this! I like it very much!

Tanaka Sake Brewery in Otaru! We had so much fun touring their brewery! ✨ It's clean, but with a ton of rice flavor! It was too cold to heat it up, but it should be served cold or at room temperature. It's also a Daiginjo. It was delicious.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ Freshly opened sour~! I personally think it has a hint of bitterness but also a strong fruity sweetness. I'm not sure I'd like it if it was cold, but it's too warm for me.

This is the one that was recommended to me as a comparison to Arabashiri. The sourness and flavor were deeper here... or so I thought. It's no good if you forget about it after a period of time. Both were delicious. I think I like it better when it's been a few days since I opened it.

I'm also a sucker for seasonal and such. So softly sweet, so fruity, so good! I got a slightly different impression on the first sip and at room temperature after letting it sit for a while. I liked it better when it was cold.

30年！熟成した甘みがカラメルみたいな印象。アルコール感がやや強い感じがしたから苦手な人は苦手な味。個人的にはとても好き！琥珀色が素晴らしい。
