It has an aroma like Japanese pear or pineapple, which is more relaxed than the same series' nama-gara-shu "check Gin". It is a dry junmai-shu with a thick taste and a punchy finish, making it a perfect accompaniment to strongly seasoned dishes.
The rice polishing ratio is low at 80%, but there is no miscellaneous taste or smell of bran. By pressing the rice slowly and softly, it expresses a sense of clarity that makes you not feel the low rice polishing at all.
After all this time, it's milled 80 rice! I didn't get it at all.
Taste deaf? ...lol I liked the taste, but it was a disappointing pattern (there it is!) I'll put it in as a guy I want to drink again.
