おしりうま
This is the third "raw" version of the "my STORY - Hitotsume-" 2020 project, a sake from Hokkaido with a visible face.
This limited-edition sake is brewed by Tomoko Ichizawa, the female master brewer at Sapporo's only sake brewery, Nihon Seishu, using "Ginpu", Hokkaido's best rice for sake brewing, produced by Takayuki Arai of the Shin Totsukawa Pinne Nouryou Kyoukai.

It has a refreshing sweetness. You can drink it easily.
It is not too sweet and has a refreshing aftertaste. You can also feel the dry mouthfeel, which is good.
