We opened a bottle of Houou Mita, which we had been looking forward to drinking. The sake rice is Sake Mirai from Yamagata Prefecture. The aroma is good, good, good. The fruity aroma spreads when you drink it, and the juicy taste lingers on the palate. It's very drinkable. Delicious 😋.

I was attracted by the cute bear label and the light cloudy and pale blue bottle and took it home. After purchasing the bottle, we immediately opened it. At first, the fruity flavor spreads and there is a slight tangy feeling. The color is light and cloudy. Delicious 😋.

Organic Naturals Completely additive-free sake. Aroma of rice in the mouth. I thought it would be strong, but it has a light mouthfeel. It has a strong gaseous taste with a clean aftertaste. Two days after opening the bottle, the rice flavor has increased and the taste is mellow. I like this one better.

Sanchi 2022 Yamada Nishiki Delicious to start with 😋. Fruity melon-like flavor on the palate. The gasiness is strong and light like champagne. Baked potatoes and bacon with cheese It went well with western food such as shrimp mayo 😊. Very tasty and a sake I would like to buy again.

Today's hiyaoroshi is from Oshinshu, Nagano Prefecture. It is gorgeous and fruity. There is a slight acidity on the palate. The end taste is astringent and cohesive. Well balanced and delicious 😋. It went well with yellowtail and halibut sashimi and fried horse mackerel 🍶.
