A gem recommended by a colleague. First cold sake, then slightly room temperature, then lukewarm. The last one is recommended on the brewery's website to be served with carbonated water. I love to drink anything with carbonated water (shochu, wine, or sake), so I do it even if it's not recommended 😁. It smells like melon, wax gourd, and herbs, and when you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness of rice and a little bit of yogurt. Maybe you are tired today, but this rice aroma sweetness will heal you! Lukewarm is so delicious. The sweetness softens and feels good on the palate. It is easy to drink and refreshing with carbonated water, and the rice flavor remains light, which is also good👍! I can't help but eat too much 😅.

Sake from my hometown that I buy when I find it Just the right amount of sweetness and rice flavor. I realized that I like nigori sake because I like rice. I like the fact that it is strong and full-bodied with no acidity.

It's autumn and I'm opening a summer sake. Summery and refreshing, but with a junmai rice feel, just the way I like it, smells and tastes! 😋 I thought I should open an autumn sake since it is Sake Day, but I also thought I should enjoy the feeling that it goes in so smoothly, so I'm going to go slowly.

Opened last week and again today, a week later. Is it a little calmer than when I just opened it? There doesn't seem to be much change. The mouthfeel is fruity and sweet, but it is so quick and sharp that I'm afraid it will go swishy. But it's still delicious. I don't think I'll be able to drink it this week, so maybe next time in another week, will it be heavier? Will it be sweeter? How will it change? I'll make love to you

I blew out the bottle with a firm opening caution. f^_^; It's nice on a hot day like today! It is slightly cloudy and has 15% alcohol by volume, so it is very drinkable. It has a good mouthfeel, so you might gobble it up, but open it slowly.

Delicious with ice!!! !!!! It has the aroma and taste of western sake when drunk cold, but it tastes better when diluted with ice. It is truly a summer sake. It's a dangerous sake (drinker beware). And I poured it over ice cream. This is definitely delicious! I guess vanilla would really be better, but it doesn't matter. If you can, do it with Hage*ts or something! It has a rich + intense flavor. I'll freeze it and drink it tomorrow.

17% Nama sake. Despite the fact that the bottle was opened, it tasted mild on the palate, which is typical of the taste of Kami no Ho. Since it is a food sake, I served it with food. It gradually became more and more robust. I paired it with vegetable dishes, but I wonder if it goes well with animal dishes. There was no sashimi, so maybe sashimi would go well with it. I would like to repeat this brand again.

Label purchase (^...^) Fruity and sweet! 8% alcohol by volume, that's rice juice. No kiwi aroma, but white grape aroma = grape juice. I don't usually drink this kind of juice, so I guess it's good for occasional use.

This is my first shot of the year. What I drank last year, I haven't uploaded yet. I drank beer and wine, and Ponshu is today. It was so bubbly that the lid blew off when I opened the bottle (^_^*). It says melon, but it's more like citrus pineapple lychee... It's a great sake with a little bit of sweetness in the mouth.

It's been a while since I've had sake. I really wanted to open it on my birthday, but I wasn't in a good enough shape to drink it, so here it is. It's delicious and nostalgic. I'll warm it up next time.

Lightly fizzy, lightly nigori. Sweet but with a nice finish! It has a nice mouthfeel, and when you mix the nigori with the puff, the soft sweetness makes it even more enjoyable to drink. It goes well with crisp foods rather than strong flavors or protein-based snacks. I paired it with a sour salad, but it would have been even better with white fish (too bad we didn't have any!).

I really felt the umami without the sweetness. I was told that Jun-Gin is sweet, so I was surprised at how different it was. I'd like to try the sweet Jun-Gin, but I prefer the taste of this one.

Hakkaisanひょうたん純米大吟醸

This is the first Hakkaisan I've drunk in a long time. It has a sweetness, but it has a taste though it is good to finish, and I could enjoy it with 1gou because it doesn't disappear quickly though it is Daiginjo. My impression of Hakkaisan from long ago has been wiped away (^-^)v I paired it with mozzarella, chilled tomatoes and tofu.

Low alcohol content but with a strong flavor. The sweetness of the rice is strong and the aftertaste is clean. I could feel a little acidity at the first sip. I think it goes well with sashimi. The salted salmon was a little too salty (^^;)) I'm going to make love to you.

It's what I was given to sample. Oh, I like this flavor. It is a little sweet, and the aftertaste disappears quickly and lingers. I also like the fact that it has a little miscellaneous taste. It was a complex taste, but I wondered if it would be like this if I didn't put any effort into it....
