This is the first Hakkaisan I've drunk in a long time.
It has a sweetness, but it has a taste though it is good to finish, and I could enjoy it with 1gou because it doesn't disappear quickly though it is Daiginjo.
My impression of Hakkaisan from long ago has been wiped away (^-^)v
I paired it with mozzarella, chilled tomatoes and tofu.
