abv.15%. The first thing that comes to mind when you think of Zephyr is a motorcycle, but it means "gentle breeze." The aroma of "Gin Otome" is very subdued, and it is glossy in the mouth. The sweetness is also soft and fluffy. It's the kind of sake that makes you drink more without realizing it. The feeling of never getting tired of drinking is wonderful. It's delicious!

abv.16%. It was so good that I feel lucky to have come across it ⤴️. I wonder if they use wine yeast? It has a sourness reminiscent of Chardonnay, a nice sweetness, and a silky texture that makes it easy to drink. You can drink it in no time at all. The shape of the bottle is also cute with a long neck! It's so good that I want to drink it again.

abv.17%. Delicious!!! It smells like it's freshly fried, or is it aged? I've never smelled anything like it in the aroma. The acidity isn't that strong, and it's easy to drink and enjoy. I want to drink it again + it's delicious!

The acidity is strong and does not collapse even on the second day. The aroma is too light to be called fruity, but it is similar to the aroma found in fava beans that have been aged. It's addictive umami umami! ♪ w

abv.15%. I'm behind on my records💦 even though I've had some great sake. Dewanosato 100% unpasteurized sake. The acidity is strong, and for me, it's a fastball! I tried to enjoy it over the course of a week, but I️ found that the freshly opened bottle was the best, and the rest just fell off. I think I should have tried to warm it up, but I guess I should do it sooner. It's so good!

14% abv. I got it because it seems to be a new product from Ono Shuzo Brewery in before dawn. It is 100% Miyamanishiki and they use well water. It has sweetness and sourness, and a mature aroma that I like. It's delicious! I think the best time to drink it is when it's freshly opened, so I'm going to drink it as soon as possible.

Lightly abv.5%. Tingly and fizzy, on the second day a weak sourness emerged and a great balance was achieved. The rice is so al dente that it is called "drinking porridge".

I was looking for a sake that I could enjoy hot, and I bought it in a bottle for the first time! It's been a week and the aroma is still gorgeous. I enjoyed the temperature change as it warmed and slowly dropped.

abv.19%. Dangerously fizzy with a "spout warning"! But the way the freshly opened yeast comes up is just It's like a snowflake. Truly beautiful. The aroma is of ripe melon, and the brewed alcohol keeps it from being too sweet. I'm not a fan of alcoholic beverages. But this balance is wonderful. Umaishi!

15% abv. At room temperature, it had a maturing aroma reminiscent of tortoiseshell candy, so I heated it up, which is something I've been into lately. It was a little too hot for me, but I was able to enjoy it. The sweetness is still there. I served it with ginger tsukudani and wasabi leaves. It was a great match. If you like it sweet, please try it! It's delicious!

abv.16%. Phenolic incense, likened to cemedine incense The balance of sweetness and the dryness at the end is very mature. It's a great balance that brings out the best in the ingredients, even if it's a sloth ✨ I wondered what it would look like at least null-warmed.

abv.16%. 100% butterflies It has a dry finish, probably because it's been fire-roasted. The flowering yeast is not too strong, and the finish is beautiful. It's interesting to see how the same yeast is used in different breweries, but the impression is different when you change breweries. I wonder what the second day will even look like - I'm looking forward to it.

abv.15%. It didn't feel the same as it does every year. I was expecting a heavy aroma with an old-fashioned feel to it. It looked like it had been aged for four months after the fire-roasting 😅. Well, I don't like the way it smells. If you like it, I think you'll find it to be machiavellian and excellent.... I'm going to take a little time to enjoy the changes...
