I'm behind on my records💦 even though I've had some great sake.
Dewanosato 100% unpasteurized sake.
The acidity is strong, and for me, it's a fastball!
I tried to enjoy it over the course of a week, but I️ found that the freshly opened bottle was the best, and the rest just fell off.
I think I should have tried to warm it up, but I guess I should do it sooner.
It's so good!
