At room temperature, it had a maturing aroma reminiscent of tortoiseshell candy, so I heated it up, which is something I've been into lately.
It was a little too hot for me, but I was able to enjoy it.
The sweetness is still there.
I served it with ginger tsukudani and wasabi leaves.
It was a great match.
