I saw this at a nearby supermarket and bought it a few days ago. It's quite aged and has a dark golden color. I think it would be better if it was a little younger, but it's not bad for an old sake lover. I had it at room temperature, but I think it would be good at 40 degrees. I had quite a few bottles, so I think I'll give it a try.
