A special fire-aged version of the special Wakanami brewed with the first Fukuoka-produced Omachi. We got the Hinomaru label for the spring, but after the fire-ageing process, it's back in the fall with a bronze label! Happiness. You can taste the wild goodness of Omachi. Yum! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Nice to meet you. I live in Fukuoka. I tried it today. In a good way, it felt like a target outside of sake. It was almost like a wine when the temperature went up just a little bit. I drank 4 cups at a time, one after the other, lol.

We bought it on the recommendation of the staff at the sake store. Unusual for the sake brewing, we kept it raw and matured without pasteurization. The fresh freshness, the depth of the sake, and the acidity is well balanced. New. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

The Co2 series is a lightly fizzy summer sake brewed by Tooroki Sake Brewery in Hakata Ward, Fukuoka and four other breweries. It is fermented in the bottle and has 13% alcohol content. It has a soft texture and fresh acidity, which makes it refreshing to drink. You can drink it with western food, too. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Oh, I'm also this year's barn 😅. A couple of weeks ago, I received an autumnal shibien at a sake bar in Fujisaki, which I enjoyed at an event hosted by Kan Hokuto, and it was amazingly delicious.
