地行浜ぺいぺい
A summer version of Shi-bi-en, a seasonal sake from Kan Hokuto.
It has a mild ginjo aroma, crisp and refreshingly dry, but also has a great flavor.
Delicious.

Oh, I'm also this year's barn 😅.
A couple of weeks ago, I received an autumnal shibien at a sake bar in Fujisaki, which I enjoyed at an event hosted by Kan Hokuto, and it was amazingly delicious.
