35th Anniversary Bottle🍶😋. It is a Daiginjo, but not too sweet. The spiciness of the sake is also very noticeable. I drank it all very smoothly. The snacks were grilled chicken skin, maitake mushrooms and salmon takikomi-gohan (rice cooked with maitake mushrooms and salmon). The rice may not be suitable for sake snacks, but it's autumn so it's ok 👌🍁.

It's quite a bit spicier than I thought it would be. I like it 😋. Lately I've been preferring dry sake with a little bit of a habit to fruity sake that is easy to drink... I didn't take a picture of the snack, but it was mussel sashimi 🐚I think dry sake goes better with mussels in particular.

I was told it was recommended to be chilled, but I ended up having it at room temperature😅. But this one was delicious with a mild acidity? It was delicious. Slightly sparkling, daiginjo, so sweet and mellow 🍶.

Sake Sake received on May 18 Posted over a month later... The taste of rice is strong. Would you say it has a strong sake taste? Fluffy sake taste from the nose. If you like fruity sake, you may not like it? It goes well with grilled sweetfish.

Akita Souvenir 🍶②. This one is a Daiginjo, so it is sweeter than the previous one from Hiraizumi. It is delicious in this way. Daiginjos are no longer a good accompaniment to a meal, but rather, they are better to be enjoyed alone after a meal.

I received it as a souvenir from Akita Prefecture🍶. It's refreshing, But mellow. You can feel the deliciousness of the rice✨. I had the yakiniku with rock salt + wasabi and wasabi + pepper soy sauce, while this sake was served cold. It was delicious.

First time drinking sake from Kyoto The moment I put it in my mouth, I thought "Oh, it's dry...", but soon after that, it became very refreshing. This may be my favorite sake I've ever had! It's not too dry and doesn't hit you hard on the nose. It's not too dry that it stings your nose, and it's not too refreshing that it's not enough. Goes well with red prawn sashimi😋✨.

It's been getting colder here... I had it heated up 🌸 I thought it might be a bit unorthodox to heat up a Daiginjo, but... it's so mellow and delicious! It's not too sweet, but it has a nice flavor that goes well with the dried baby shishamo and grouper 😋.

It is a junmai-shu, so the dryness is rather strong. However, even though it is a Junmaishu, it is very refreshing and easy to drink. I paired it with some dried horse mackerel I bought in Atami, Shizuoka. I enjoyed it at room temperature but it would also be good hot!
