I used to think that Manju was the best Kubota, but recently I like the slightly dry taste of Senju.
But nowadays, I like Senju's slightly dry taste. On this day, we had dried hokke and sashimi of shrimp together, so Senju's moderately dry taste was just right without losing the saltiness.
