I felt that it was aromatic and dry. It was a sake that could be put into the stomach in one go rather than sipping it, and could be felt slowly in the stomach.
I bought it at a supermarket in Noshiro City, Akita Prefecture, and drank it in the hotel room.
I had an image of aged or old sake as having a distinctive richness, but this one had no peculiarities and was light in taste with a delicious sweetness from the rice.
Sake rice: Hanabukiyuki
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content→16.5
Sake meter degree → +2
Acidity → 1.6
Yeast → No. 9 series
I received it as a souvenir from Akita Prefecture🍶.
It's refreshing,
But mellow.
You can feel the deliciousness of the rice✨.
I had the yakiniku with rock salt + wasabi and wasabi + pepper soy sauce, while this sake was served cold.
It was delicious.
The first sake I ever drank. It is amber in color.
Because of its amber color, it tastes a little like Yamahai. It has an unusual taste.
Personally, I like it. 85 points.
It is a gift.
It was given to me as a gift when I returned to Akita.
It has a tangy and spicy taste at the moment of drinking, followed by a mild sweet taste.
It is very easy to drink.
Ginjo-junmai 🍶Kafukiyuki🌾.
It has a light and refreshing aftertaste without being heavy, heavy, or unpleasant. Pair it with Akita's famous junsai.

It was given to me as a gift, but I'll take it as it's a recommended sake from Noshiro. ‼️
It seems that the sake is stored in a tunnel in Noshiro.
It is an eco-friendly sake in this day and age.
It tastes dry, but as it comes into contact with the air, the taste changes more and more! It tastes softer and softer, almost sweeter and softer. ‼️
I drank it on the rocks, but I recommend heating it up to lukewarm.
I'd like to try it again and write a comment 🤣.
Yummmm 😊.
I had it lukewarm ‼️
It's a mild beer that goes down smoothly and hits you in the chest area with a bang 😵🗯.
I found myself feeling warm and fuzzy ☺️🔆
It was more than 20 years ago.
It was when my partner's uncle, now deceased, who lives in Sendai, came all the way to Akita for his wedding ceremony with my partner.
At the end of the ceremony, he told me the story.
He told me that when he went to a bar in Akita the night before, he really liked Kisaburo's sake.
At the time, I rarely drank sake.
Oh, I see.
That was all I heard.
A few years later, I had a chance to drink with people from Niigata and Mie due to work-related reasons, and we each brought our own local sake 😅.
I brought my uncle's favorite sake. I was not sure what it tasted like 💦.
It was a big hit❣️Niigata people also drank it saying how delicious it was... (lol) I don't think it was flattery since they drank it all first😄.
By the way, I also drank it at that time, but I just thought 🤔, hmmm, is this a delicious sake?
Opened the bottle for the first time in 10 years🎉.
The aroma is mild, rich and deep 😆.
It's a classic sake 🍶 and like Akita sake, the more you savor it, the more flavorful it becomes👍.
But it also has an acidity that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it.
As the label says, it's hard and dry 🤣.
I miss it 🎶.
Score ☆☆☆☆
Good evening, T.KISO 🌇.
I've been married for more than 20 years and haven't had this sake for 10 years...
We must cherish the sake we have a connection with 😁.
Good evening, Haruei Chichi😄.
Ten years ago, I recognized it as a very tasty sake, but now I can't help but think 💦.
I have a connection with this sake, so maybe I will have a chance to open a bottle again sometime⁉️😅.
Good evening, Pon😄.
Back then, this sake made me proud of Akita sake 🥹.
Of course I'm still proud of Akita sake, but this sake... is a good taste of the Showa era 🤣.
Good evening 😃
Even though there are differences in the direction of taste.
Akita is just a few sake breweries that are too famous.
I think all the breweries are very talented 😍.
By the way, this was another brand I didn't know 🤣.
Yum!
From the website.
In the Meiji era (1868-1912), when Kikusui was not yet known as "Kikusui.
Hirasawa Kisaburo Shoten was well known to the local people under the name "Kisaburo's Sake.
Even today, many people know it as "Kisaburo's Sake. At that time, the sake was junmai (pure rice) sake.
The result was "Kisaburo's Sake. In those days, a carpenter's daily wage was equal to one measure of sake.
