酔い子It is a junmai-shu, so the dryness is rather strong. However, even though it is a Junmaishu, it is very refreshing and easy to drink.
I paired it with some dried horse mackerel I bought in Atami, Shizuoka.
I enjoyed it at room temperature but it would also be good hot!
