MURASHIGE: Namaishige Junmai Namaishige with Kyokai No. 8 yeast
Okuharima Junmai Ginjo
By the way, my friend went into shochu after that.
I tasted it at the Kyoto Sake Spring last month and bought it for home drinking because I thought it was a little unusual, a sake made with Association No. 8 yeast. It won a platinum award at this year's Milano Sake Challenge, so I guess it is well received overseas. I thought it would certainly go well with French and Italian food rather than Japanese food. I'm sure it will be a good match for French and Italian food.
A new sake version of the sake we drank before.
Polishing ratio 70%. The taste is lighter than the previous one, but that is just a matter of comparison. It is easier to drink.
Why does the color look like old sake?
The alcohol level is 18 degrees.
double circle
Excellent both cold and warmed. The sense of maturity is the best.
I've been interested in Mirai Sake Shop in Kichijoji for a long time, but my wandering hours in Kichijoji didn't coincide with their business hours, so I didn't get a chance to visit for the first time. When I told them my preference was the richness of the drink, they let me try three different kinds, all of which were good, but this time I was hungry for a mature taste, so I went with this one. The others were also good, so I'd like to try them in order.
Another version of the game I bought as a set.
This one is easy to smell and taste and everyone says it's easy to drink❗️
No. 8 yeast, I'm afraid to say.
It's my first brand!
What #8 Yeast❗️
Is it casually cultured❗️
It's like a strawberry in the mouth.
But it's so sharp afterwards ️.
Oh, this is my favorite type (^-^*)/
