ZIMAI happened to find it at a liquor store supermarket I went to. It was the first Kanagawa sake I received last year. I bought it because of my memory that the green label was delicious, but it was not. I looked carefully at the old records and found that the previous one had the same green label, but it was Dewa Sanzan 60 Tokubetsu Junmai. I will be careful next time!

ZIMAI found this at a store on my way to Izu for a trip. It is Kihei from Shizuoka, not Okayama. They are the same sake brewery that produces Garyubai. I was looking for a local sake that I had never had before, and I chose this one because it was made with Kawazu-zakura yeast, and it was the season of cherry blossoms. It has a distinctive rice aroma, a low sweetness, and a slightly dry acidity. It has a refreshing aftertaste!

ZIMAI received this as a gift from a friend. It has a very straightforward, unrefined taste. It has the umami and flavor of a Yamadanishiki Daiginjo, but not the same as a Yamada Nishiki Daiginjo. It is perfect for any kind of food. It is delicious!

ZIMAI came across this sake at my usual liquor store. The last ride?white was delicious, so I decided to try the Momo color. Actually, when I twisted the bottle yesterday to open it, I almost blew it out because it had not been long since I brought it home, so I let it sit for a day. Today, I opened the bottle without incident. It's fresh and bubbly, perfect for the color of momo. It is very sweet and tastes like juice. It is delicious!

ZIMAThis is Sentori, but this is not sake. It is a cider (hard cider), an apple liquor. I have been following the hard cider craze for a while now, and have been finding and enjoying them, but this time I am posting this one because it was brewed at SENKYO. It has a fresher apple aroma than other ciders, with a strong acidity that follows. It's dry with just the right amount of sweetness! Very crafty, very tasty!
