It has been a long time since I have had Sentori. I drank this once before. It is a nigori sake. I opened the bottle slowly and was able to open it without it spurting out. When I poured it slowly to prevent the lees from getting into the bottle, I found that even though it is nigorizake, it has such a strong effervescence that it could be mistaken for cider, and it is very clear, refreshing, and delicious. I would definitely buy it again if I come across it again.

This is from a brewery that is currently recovering from last year's Noto earthquake. This is one of the ways to support the recovery. As a choice different from my usual preference, I chose a dry order that would go well with a meal. It is dry, but it is also fresh and goes well with a meal.

It has been a while since I had lunch at an Italian restaurant run by the Kumazawa Sake Brewery, and this is the sake I got. I was curious about this sake because I saw a sign in a rice field along my jogging course that read "Sake Rice Project. This sake is made from Omachi rice grown in the fields of Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Kumazawa Sake Brewery's hometown. The taste is clean, with a sense of the deliciousness of rice!

It's been a long time since I have had a new policy, and a long time since I have had a No. 6. I had a chance to buy it this time, too. It is delicious. The low alcohol content may be one of the reasons, but the freshness of this unpasteurized sake stands out from other Shinmasa. It has a sweetness that is not at all cloying and can be enjoyed as a mealtime sake. I look forward to having another chance to try it again.

Sake for the first time in a long time. And this is Akabu. Today we opened the bottle for oden. Akabu has an image of being fresh and fruity, but this one has a more forward rice flavor like a daiginjo, but with a slight effervescence, making it more suitable for oden than expected! It is delicious!

This is not sake but an apple liquor cidre. It is made by Sentori. We had this cider last year, but this year the lineup has been expanded to include three types. It has a dry taste with a low sweetness, and the flavor and aroma of apples are very nice. It is delicious!

Sado Sake! I came across this at my usual store. There is no "Kanetsuru" on the label, but it must be Kanetsuru. It is a fresh and full-bodied sake with a slightly effervescent taste and the umami of the rice spreading out in a flash and then cutting off cleanly. It is delicious!

I bought this one when I visited the brewery the other day. It is a raw sake, so it is only available here. I told them I like sweet sake and they recommended it to me. As ordered, the sweetness spread in my mouth. The aftertaste is very smooth and very tasty! I will buy it again when I go back.

When I visited Mie, I dropped by a sake brewery, but Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten did not offer tours, so I was referred to a nearby liquor store. There was also a bottle that was served at the Ise-Shima Summit, but this time we chose FLINT, which is only available here. By the way, Saku is not basically raw sake, but fire-aged sake. We had it at the camp. It has a full flavor of rice and is easy to pair with meals. Delicious!

I bought this when I visited the brewery the other day. To tell the truth, it was my first time to drink Sawanoi properly. It is a summer sake, so they only distribute it to local stores. The sake looks cool and tastes refreshing. It is perfect for summer.

It has been a long time since we have had an Akabu. This junmai ginjo has a lineup that includes Yamadanishiki and Omachi. The Yamadanishiki has a strong umami and sweetness in the front. It is very delicious. As one would expect from Akabu.
