Today at my usual liquor store, I asked for a sake that would be refreshing and delicious as an in-between-dinner drink for nabe dishes, and this is the sake that was recommended to me. I usually buy sakes with a sour, sweet, and fizzy flavor, so this is a new sake for me. This one is only available here in the prefecture. It is a very good sake and goes very well with nabe (hot pot)! It has a clear, silky mouthfeel and goes very smoothly.

I love FOUR SEASONS and have bought the light nigori several times, but this is my first hiyaoroshi. The image is totally different. Unlike the Usunigori, which is characterized by sweetness and acidity, the Hiyaoroshi is refreshing and light. It is easy to match with meals!

It has been a long time since I have had Matsumidori, and this is my first foaming type. Due to timing conflicts, I have only had the regular type at s.tokyo. The sweetness is strong, but the fizzy and refreshing taste makes it easy to enjoy. Delicious!

This is a sparkling version of the Flax Cat, a sparkling version of the second fermentation in the bottle. We paired it with charcoal grilled first fall fish and meat at a barbecue. It has a firm fizziness and sweetness that goes down smoothly. It is delicious! We would love to have it again if we have the chance.

This is a sake from Mie, Saku. It is lined up at my usual liquor store, but I feel like my turn has finally come around. I can understand why it is called a great sake. It is very delicious. It has a strong sweetness, but it is clean and crisp! I would like to try a different crop next time!

It's been a while since I've seen Sakiyami. I met her at a liquor store where I always stop by on one of my trips. This time it was a 100% Maikaze all Gunma sake. The bubbles were so strong that when the bottle was opened, the lid popped open like champagne (no blowout). The moderate floral sweetness and acidity are irresistible. The fizziness is nice and it goes down smoothly. I would buy it again if I ever come across it again!

I happened to come across this sake at a liquor store where I went out. I had been curious about this sake for some time because of its high ranking. As the label says, it has a complex flavor, but it has a nice sweetness and banana-like aroma with a slight fizziness. But it is smooth and delicious! I would buy it again if I had the chance.

I happened to find it at a liquor store supermarket I went to. It was the first Kanagawa sake I received last year. I bought it because of my memory that the green label was delicious, but it was not. I looked carefully at the old records and found that the previous one had the same green label, but it was Dewa Sanzan 60 Tokubetsu Junmai. I will be careful next time!

I found this at a store on my way to Izu for a trip. It is Kihei from Shizuoka, not Okayama. They are the same sake brewery that produces Garyubai. I was looking for a local sake that I had never had before, and I chose this one because it was made with Kawazu-zakura yeast, and it was the season of cherry blossoms. It has a distinctive rice aroma, a low sweetness, and a slightly dry acidity. It has a refreshing aftertaste!

I received this as a gift from a friend. It has a very straightforward, unrefined taste. It has the umami and flavor of a Yamadanishiki Daiginjo, but not the same as a Yamada Nishiki Daiginjo. It is perfect for any kind of food. It is delicious!

I came across this sake at my usual liquor store. The last ride?white was delicious, so I decided to try the Momo color. Actually, when I twisted the bottle yesterday to open it, I almost blew it out because it had not been long since I brought it home, so I let it sit for a day. Today, I opened the bottle without incident. It's fresh and bubbly, perfect for the color of momo. It is very sweet and tastes like juice. It is delicious!
