It has been a long time since I have had Sentori. I drank this once before. It is a nigori sake.
I opened the bottle slowly and was able to open it without it spurting out.
When I poured it slowly to prevent the lees from getting into the bottle, I found that even though it is nigorizake, it has such a strong effervescence that it could be mistaken for cider, and it is very clear, refreshing, and delicious. I would definitely buy it again if I come across it again.
