Every year I look forward to it! Red Comet! Just a little bit of it in the mouth spreads a mellow flavor and is extremely delicious! The other tasake are also delicious, but the comet in particular is the one I want to buy every year! Great on its own or with food!

Quicksilver is delicious! The pitchy fresh juiciness is the best! Even the Junmai Daiginjo has a mellow flavor and a beautiful feeling! It is quite delicious, so if you see it, please drink it!

Clear and dry! It's assuringly tasty, and of course goes well with fish. If I had known that, I should have bought sushi! Unusually dry for a hanpukai, but delicious!

Very juicy and too good! Comet is my favorite sake rice, and this one is great too! The taste of Kangiku goes well with Comet. Fruity and fresh, with no habitual flavor, it is quite easy to drink!

Slightly crisp like a summer sake. There's nothing unpleasant about it, and at 13 degrees, you can drink it like a juice. The fact that it's light but doesn't leave you feeling deprived is amazing!

Pitchy and refreshing, like lemon squash. The sourness is more impressive than the sweetness for a Kangiku sake. It's good that it's easy to drink like a summer sake! On the other hand, I would like to have a little more umami (flavor), but I guess that's selfishness. Overall, it is a very tasty sake!
