It's been quite a while since I've had Tenbi, but it's delicious with a clean, umami taste! I had stopped buying Tenbi for some reason due to various reasons. Even though it is fire-roasted, it has a fresh feeling, not too sweet, and has a good balance of umami. I bought a bottle and it was the right decision.

Long time no cat! It's delicious from the attack, with an overwhelming sense of grape and a cat-like acidity! I think I've never had a cat as rich as this one. ⁉︎ It's so tasty even without the sauce!

Some may find it a bit thin, but it has a greef-like quality, dry and refreshing, with just the right amount of umami! It is quite easy to drink. I can't go wrong with pink every year!

Dry with a clean acidity and a refreshing aftertaste. Warming up the sake makes the acidity stand out even more and brings out the umami. Goes great with meals. Delicious!

This season's silver is also umashi! It's sweet and juicy and delicious from the gassy feeling. It is silky and finishes with a citrusy bitterness. However, if it is chilled too much, it may seem a little thin.

Tasake after a long time! Kore Kore! Stable and well-balanced! It's honestly delicious without looking for something good about it! There are surprisingly few sakes that you can enjoy without looking for something good about them!

This year's silver turtles tasted... It is fruity and delicious with a berry ginjo aroma as it is! Jun Daigin makes it even clearer. The freshness of the raw sake is also unmistakable! It is delicious this year too!

Pitchy, fresh and delicious! Slightly pink-greffle, and quite light to drink despite being 15 degrees. I wish people would drink the top clearings before mixing! Yamazan is also delicious no matter what you drink!

Slightly effervescent and crisp, it's a solid Omachi, but it's clear and the acidity is assertive, making it relatively refreshing to drink. It goes well with meals and is quite easy to drink.

Gorgeous, mango and lychee-like ginjo aroma Slightly bubbly and slightly heavy with firm sweet acidity. If you like sweet and heavy, go for Kinkame. If you don't like heavy, go for Ginkame. Both are delicious, though.
