It's been a long time since I've had this brew.
It has a clean but complex aftertaste.
It's like a guy who can do his job, but has his own unique characteristics.
The moment you put it in your mouth, the amino sensation (which is also simple) spreads all at once. It has a mouthfeel like dashi, but makes its presence felt through the throat.
It does not have much aroma, but the flavor spreads when you take a sip. The aftertaste also leaves an amino feeling rather than a sake feeling. It is nigori, but seems to go well with meals.
Aroma: Sweet aroma
Mouthfeel: A hint of oily flavor remains, along with the sweetness.
Aftertaste: Surprisingly refreshing without being lingering
As expected from Tohoku. It is delicious.
Aroma: A soft aroma of rice
Mouth: Soft and sweet with a little bit of umami
Aftertaste: More umami than sake
It is quite drinkable. It would be good with oden and other dishes.
Aroma: Subtle
Mouthfeel:Beautiful gradation to the aftertaste. Sweetness spreads in a flash.
Aftertaste:Moderate sake flavor remains
It seems to be a versatile type that goes well with any kind of sake.
