First time in Higashi-Umeda, at Asano Sake Shop My favorite Gobashi was there! I tried all four kinds of sake! The interior is clean and new, all seats are standing, snacks are simple and reasonably priced (Umeda price), and there are separate toilets for men and women (important). The atmosphere was very comfortable for girls with three female waitresses.

The second restaurant is Yamanaka Sake Shop at Ekimarche. This restaurant has really delicious dashi (soup stock) 🙆🙆. We had Senkou for the first time! I was so drunk I forgot what it tasted like lol! You can also buy Tanaka Rokugo and Minami here. It's also good that it's directly connected to the JR ticket gates so you can leave right away. ☺️ The homemade stewed pork cutlet was so good that it was the MVP of the day, even though they didn't have the Japanese-style dashi-scented pork cutlet stew that was so good last time! Dashi x oil is the best! I want to go back next week!

The first time I got this, Tanaka Rokujugo! This was the hit of the day! It has a nice balance of sharpness and umami as a food sake! I like Hakurakusei (junmai ginjo), Kamikimoto, Nikkami, Gohashi, etc., so if your tastes match, I think you'll be hooked enough to want to repeat the experience 😊.

The newly opened Innogate Osaka Baltika 03, at Sakafune This is the first time I've had this fruity sake with a muscat-like flavor. It is refreshing and good, but if you are expecting sake, you will be disappointed!
