The first time I got this, Tanaka Rokujugo!
This was the hit of the day!
It has a nice balance of sharpness and umami as a food sake!
I like Hakurakusei (junmai ginjo), Kamikimoto, Nikkami, Gohashi, etc., so if your tastes match, I think you'll be hooked enough to want to repeat the experience 😊.

I finally had a chance to try Mitsui no Kotobuki at Ono no Aruba in the basement of KITTE, which was my first visit to the restaurant!
The taste was sharp and dry, like water,
