Stars Hiyoroshi No.3 ‼️ This is my first time drinking Asahi Sake Brewery! It's a very cute bottle and one I was interested in last year 🥹🩷. There are some pickles pickled in a bed of rice bran bought for 100 yen 🥒🍆. ↑upI like the sound of "nuka-zuke". Stars Hiyoroshi No. 2: ‼️ Yamasou which was sold at room temperature at a liquor store. I heard it was recommended to be heated, so I bought it and left 🚙. I looked closely and found a sign that said it needed to be chilled. ☆☆ I opened a bottle of Nijubashi yesterday and it tasted different. I wanted to open one more bottle and opened this one ❗ It's a hiyaoroshi, but it was made last December... Why? I need to learn more about it 🤣🤣𐤔 It tasted like it had been aged in a Western wine barrel for a while 🍀. I tried it cold and then warmed it up to lukewarm, but I prefer it warmed up 🙂🙂. ☆ I tasted two kinds of summer sake at this brewery last year. I forgot about it... I'll record my impressions this time 🍀✍️ I'll start with the Daiginjo 😋🍶🍶. Just watched #SeijiRokkaku's Drinking Iron Main Line Japan Trip. Rokkaku-san visited the brewery I learned that it is brewed by a female master brewer. I'm going to taste it with that in mind ‼️🥹💖 Indescribable aroma and color◀◁◀Not bad ✌️ I don't know how they've been managing it for the past 7 months since it was made. I don't know. I don't know how it's been kept, but it's been sitting at room temperature for the last two weeks... I like aged sake as well, so I'm totally enjoying it.
