Sake made only with Yamada Nishiki harvested in Itoshima, Fukuoka Prefecture!
It is made from 65% sake rice harvested in the middle of the rice paddies.
The taste is quite robust and it's a real bruiser!
I think it's great that they sell it in 1-gallon bottles when you drink at home. If you buy a big bottle, you can't drink it all by yourself, so I wish there were more 1-gou bottles.
