I guess I was a bit naive about Tokyo's sake. It has a moderately sweet, fruity mouthfeel and a smooth aftertaste. It's very good.
I can't fix the sideways photo. Is it because of my drunkenness?
The store description states that apple yeast makes it skimpy. The restaurant's description says that the apple yeast makes the food more refreshing. However, it enhances the bitterness and goes well with the sweet soy sauce sashimi. Moreover, the bitterness of the rice does not linger and is just right.
The rice flavor is very heavy. I would describe it as heavy. The sake is best served with Kyushu's sweet Sashimi Soy Sauce, which makes the Sashimi stand out.
