Hakkaiyama Special Junmai Namaizume
The first time I drank it, it tasted dry, classic, and bitter. I was surprised when I drank it after watching a video of a liquor store that said such sake can be changed by drinking it in a bell bowl. As it turned out, the taste was mellowed. It is delicious.
