Amami Shinshu Junmai Ginjo Nigori Nama
Yesterday I drank some wine, which I don't like very much for Christmas, and today I drank sake for the first time in a long time.
I have had Tenbi before and it is a very gentle and easy-drinking sake.
This nigori nama is even gentler. You can see the kindness of the master brewer.
The supernatant is delicious! It tastes great when mixed.
