Reizan Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 40% polished rice
Sake from Aso, Kumamoto. The alcohol content is 17% and it is a little bit guttural. It is intoxicating. It is a little different from other Yamadanishiki sake I have had. Is it because of the Kumamoto yeast?
It has a rich aroma and a strong taste. It's a little more classic. It is delicious.
