Takacho Bodhi Hashiroshi Junmai Sake Sake by Kaze no Mori's Aburicho Sake Brewery The impact of the flavor is just amazing! It has a strong aroma of wooden vats, so it can be drunk on its own. I personally like it with sweets and light salty foods.

Fusozuru Takatsugawa 70%, Association #7 yeast When I saw the color, I thought "Wow", but when I drank it, I found it to be very simple. It is a type of sake to be served with hot pot in winter.

Gohyakumari 55% polished When you go to Iinuma Meijo to visit the brewery the specification that you can make your original label and bottle it. The strong taste typical of direct pumping was the best.
