I found some unsold ones on the way back from Mt. Akagi in early summer last year and let them sit for a little less than a year 😅.
Spring-like, soft and refreshing on the palate 😊.
I can't quite put my finger on what the label says about it tasting like muscat, but it does have a slight fruity sourness to it 😅.
It seems to go with everything, but today it's perfect with grilled mackerel and bean sprout namul 😋.
I would buy it again if I see it somewhere 😁.
