This was the first sake I encountered. It was fruity, sweet and gentle. Aihime was the daughter of Lord Tamura Kiyoaki, lord of Miharu Castle, who married into the Date family at the age of 12 and became the official wife of Date Masamune. The label was also cute.
It has a gorgeous aroma and a very fruity mouthfeel, but the aftertaste is rather refreshing and you will never get tired of drinking it. It was a very luxurious and delicious sake!
When the bottle is opened, the carbonation starts to rise, so it takes about 5 minutes to open and close the lid, stir the ooze, and then drink it!
The taste is more refreshing than expected and goes well with meals. It is a very tasty sake.
It was said to be a limited edition sake from Fujisaki.
It has a slightly fizzy, mellow and acidic taste.
The aftertaste is clean.
The aftertaste is refreshing.
It is not uncomfortable to drink it with a glass of wine.
It is a delicious sake that you can drink as many glasses as you like.
This sake was made for the New Year.
It was a very tasty sake, fresh, mellow and umami with a slight bubbly taste.
It is also very cost-effective, and I envy the people of Iwate Prefecture!
Opened a bottle of New Year's sake.
It overflowed like champagne!
It has a great fizziness, sweetness, bitterness, and a clean aftertaste.
On the second day, the fizziness decreased and the sweetness became stronger.
It was the most delicious!
