It has been a long time since I have had a Hakkaisan. It was not the light and dry sake I had expected, but a delicious sake with a freshness and umami that I could enjoy.
There is a slight leesiness, and the mouthfeel is fruity and slightly effervescent. As time goes by, the fizziness increases, and the fruity taste becomes more pronounced. It is a very delicious sake!
It has a very nice aroma and is a limited edition sake from Akita Prefecture! It has a rich and thick flavor with an alcohol content of 18%. It has a rich, rich flavor at 18% alcohol by volume with a clean aftertaste that makes it very easy to drink.
This was the first sake I encountered. It was fruity, sweet and gentle. Aihime was the daughter of Lord Tamura Kiyoaki, lord of Miharu Castle, who married into the Date family at the age of 12 and became the official wife of Date Masamune. The label was also cute.
It has a gorgeous aroma and a very fruity mouthfeel, but the aftertaste is rather refreshing and you will never get tired of drinking it. It was a very luxurious and delicious sake!
