SAKE and Fermentation Market in Akita This was an event to experience local sake with 32 breweries in the prefecture. The sake that suited me best was Hikobei Jugoyo from Fukurokuju Sake Brewery. It was dry and refreshing with a slight effervescence, and went well with food. Akita sake was generally delicious!
