The color is very pale yellow. The aroma is very slight sweetness, almost none. I thought pear was a very apt description 🙂. Tastes a little sweet and a little sour, like a not so sweet pear 🍶. I think it's delicious, but after drinking Princess Michiko, I honestly thought it couldn't compete with it. Well, that's true 😅.

Premium sake 🍶✨I asked for it as a year-end party extravaganza. The color is pale yellow. The best part is that from the moment it arrives, you can tell that it is rose flower yeast! The taste also has a floral aroma and a refined sweetness, and it finishes off with a nice sake aroma and then recedes quickly and easily. It's probably the best sake I've ever had 😋. Even without any snacks, this sake is so delicious that you will be satisfied with it on its own✨It goes down easy. As time goes by, you can feel the floral aroma fading away - but if you drink it in a hurry, it would be a waste of the high price, and for the average person, it's a distressing sake from the middle of the bottle (lol).

The aroma is fruity and the color is clear and colorless 🍶. Tastes like water, maybe because it is polished to 50%, but it tastes very faintly like sake ✨. It's not very distinctive, but rather well-balanced. It's easy to drink, but you can feel your body getting hot and you know you're drunk lol. Anyway, it's delicious 😋.

It was a bit sweet 🙂 and had an alcoholic smell. The aroma is a little sweet 🙂 and there is also an alcohol smell. Taste was delicious, sweet without any peculiarities 🍶.

Kumamoto's sake, Sansho "Ubusuna" 🍶. The aroma is that of sweetness of rice. The color is clear and colorless. When the cork is opened, you can feel that it is a draft sake as gas is released. The aroma is sweet and rice-like. The color is light yellow. You can tell when pouring, but it is thick. The taste is sweet at first, but then spicy? It tastes sweet at first, but after that it becomes spicy? I felt a pshu when I opened it, but it doesn't have much of a gaseous feeling. When I drink it with "usuhari," the spiciness lingers, but when I drink it in a thick cup, the spiciness doesn't come as much and it's sweeter. It is strange. Well, I think it is good for sake lovers and those who prefer sweet or spicy.

This is a freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake from Suginosha. The aroma is like sake 🍶 and the color is clear. It is sweet at the moment you drink it, but when it gets to the back of your tongue, it is spicy. Strange 😲. I get drunk, but I recover quickly. Is that a sign of good sake? I'm not a fan of dry sake, but I thought it was delicious.
