The taste is sweet at first, but then spicy? It tastes sweet at first, but after that it becomes spicy? I felt a pshu when I opened it, but it doesn't have much of a gaseous feeling. When I drink it with "usuhari," the spiciness lingers, but when I drink it in a thick cup, the spiciness doesn't come as much and it's sweeter. It is strange. Well, I think it is good for sake lovers and those who prefer sweet or spicy.
