This is a freshly squeezed, unpasteurized sake from Suginosha.
The aroma is like sake 🍶 and the color is clear.
It is sweet at the moment you drink it, but when it gets to the back of your tongue, it is spicy. Strange 😲.
I get drunk, but I recover quickly. Is that a sign of good sake?
I'm not a fan of dry sake, but I thought it was delicious.
